Yoga is a fun and safe way for kids to explore and play while building focus and attention. Yoga builds strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, body awareness and self-confidence; all tools that will last a lifetime. Weekly Kids Yoga classes are available at our Laguna Beach and Mission Viejo Studios. In addition, we offer weekly Pre-Natal classes at Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.
