Yoga is a fun and safe way for kids to explore and play while building focus and attention. Yoga builds strength, coordination, balance, flexibilty, body awareness and self-confidence; all tools that will last a lifetime. Weekly Kids Yoga classes are available at our Pacific Palisades, Montana and Center for Yoga Studios. In addition, at our South Bay Studio we offer a Kids Yoga Series for children ages 3-6 years and Pre/Post-Natal classes on our weekly schedule which allow you to practice yoga with your little one, incorporating poses that you can do with your baby to build strength before or after birth.
