Free Orientation
It’s always a little scary trying something new, so our Orientation class gives you a yummy taste of yoga without any commitment. Designed for new students, this class will ease you gracefully to your mat and leave you feeling confident to start exploring a yoga practice.
This 90-minute class includes:
● A general introduction to the benefits of yoga
● A gentle practice to learn some of the basic postures
● Personal guidance from your teacher
● Time for group question and answers
● Yoga Advisor consultation (optional)
