Finding a class for you

YogaWorks offers all styles of Yoga and classes broken down into Beginner (Level 1), Intermediate (Level 1-2 ,and Level 2) and Advanced (Level 2-3 and Level 3) classes. The levels are designed to correspond to the student’s mastery of the Yoga postures and endurance levels.

Level 1 Classes

For those students who are new to yoga but feel ready to jump right in, we strongly recommend a Level 1 Class in your choice of Yoga . Level 1 Classes are always taught by experienced teachers and are designed to help you learn and connect the beginning yoga poses in sequence and master the breathing techniques. Once you have gained confidence and comfort in the basic poses, you can move on to more challenging levels.
